  2. Authorship: All individuals who have made a substantial intellectual contribution to the research should be listed as authors. Others who contributed but don’t meet the criteria for authorship should be acknowledged.
  3. Data Integrity: Authors should provide accurate and complete data and should not manipulate or falsify data to support their findings. Raw data should be available for review if requested.
  4. Ethical Conduct: Research involving human subjects or animals should adhere to ethical standards and receive approval from relevant ethics committees or institutional review boards. Authors should also follow ethical guidelines for experimentation andreporting.
  5. Conflicts of Interest: Authors should disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could potentially influence the research or its interpretation. These should be stated in the manuscript.
  6. Acknowledgment: Properly acknowledge funding sources and the contributions of others who supported the research, including technical assistance, data analysis, and manuscript review.
  7. Author Responsibilities: Authors should review and approve the final manuscript before submission and take responsibility forthe content. They should also be responsive to reviewers’ comments and editors’ requests for revisions.
  8. Multiple Submissions and Prior Publication: Authors should not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously. Additionally, they should not submit work that has already been published elsewhere unless it’s a part of the editorial policy (e.g., some conferences allow extended versions of conference papers to be submitted to journals).
  9. Correcting Errors: If authors discover errors or inaccuracies in their published work, they should promptly inform the journal editor and cooperate in issuing corrections or retractions as necessary.
  10. Copyright and Licensing: Authors should understand and comply with copyright and licensing agreements, ensuring that they have the right to use and reproduce any previously published material.
